Invoice Format
All transactions are listed on a single invoice grouped by card number or vehicle registration. Invoices are in a VAT approved format that also complies with the EU 6th VAT Directive

Payment Method
You must top up your Diesel Advance account before you purchase fuel and it couldn’t be easier, simply visit our free Online Account Management tool at www.thefuelcardcompany.co.uk/dieseladvance and click ‘login’. Here you can top up your account using either your credit or debit card or you can set up a weekly Direct Debit. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Diesel Advance account balance is topped up. But to help you keep track of your balance, we will email you when your balance drops down to 25%, 15% and 0%.
